The project: "YOU TOO CAN BE AN ENTREPRENEUR", thought and designed for the unemployed
Awareness with regard to the feasibility of undertaking as a workaround of occupation. We aim to help 500 entrepreneurs create their own company and other 300 people to find work
Together with the Romanian National Board of Trustees and the National Association of Romanian Labor (ANOFM) we have set as a challenge "encouraging entrepreneurial culture".
We all know that currently businesses do not hire, which reduces the maximum opportunities for people who are looking for employment, especially women, the young, the older than 45 years and the more disadvantaged collectives. Thus, we have created 6 centres to give advice and assistance to future entrepreneurs. In addition, we will conduct labor market integration initiatives in three regions of Romania, including the capital Bucarest.
GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
- To develop entrepreneurial skills for 800 people currently looking for work, to start up their own business in a viable industry.
- To support 500 viable projects in the region concerned
- To develop the skills of 300 people to look for an occupation.
- • To increase awareness among more than 2000 people, currently jobseekers, with regard to the feasibility of undertaking as a workaround of occupation.
Because being an entrepreneur is a challenge. Someone with a business dream, an innovative idea may or not to become an entrepreneur. Most times that person is, simply a dreamer. The entrepreneur is indeed a dreamer, but struggling to achieve his or her dream, develop a business plan, be the founder of his company...
Introducing the entrepreneurial spirit in these regions is an effort to promote all those capabilities or skills that will make the people registered enterprising people.
