OUR CHALLENGE...

To facilitate access to the labour market for vulnerable groups that are at risk of social exclusion, such as unemployed, criminals, members of single-parent families, women, immigrants, people with disabilities, drug addicts, homeless people, people of Gypsy ethnic group, etc.

In this stage we work to:

Analyze the situation of vulnerable groups (identification of the social realities of the regions for the development of the project, categories of vulnerable groups, gender, age, level of education/vocational training, identification of the need for vocational training and skills gained in order to access the labor market).

Establish, develop and sustain six centers including social and professional development for people belonging to vulnerable groups, in rural and urban areas.

Changing social attitudes of employers, workers, communities and decision makers with respect to vulnerable groups.

Promote a healthy lifestyle, prevent the risks of disease and prevent truancy.

Develop competencies and the basic qualifications for at least 300 persons belonging to vulnerable groups, for its assessment in an occupation demanded by the labor market.

We are transnational partners of the CIPS (Centres of Social Inclusion) project, co-financed by the European Social Fund within the human resources development operational programme 2007-2013, participated along with the Romanian national employment agency, Romanian National Board and other 6 local partners in the creation of six centres for inclusion in six provinces of Romania —Braila, Călăraşi, Giurgiu, Teleorman, Suceava and Alba.
